Direct fit rotors for 5 lug swap

Is there any one 5 lug rotor that I can just swap out for the stock 4 lug piece while retaining all of the other components (I/O bearings, spindle, caliper/shoes, etc.) that would also allow me to run 03 Cobra wheels or bullitts without having dustcap fitment problems? I'll probably just swap out the rears for 5 lug axles/drums for the meantime.

Well the direct swap rotor you are looking for is off the 84-86 Mustang SVO or 84-92 Lincoln Mark 7


However, you will have dustcap issues with the '03 Cobras and bullitt wheels. Not a whole lot that fit them.

If you really want those wheels, you gotta go SN95 front brakes

you can swap em, but the dust caps wont fit like Mustang5L5 said.
