Disassembling Tensioner

Do any of you guys know how to take the tensioner apart? I have it off the car, and took the pulley off, but I want to separate the 2 parts so i can sandblast and paint it up.

So anyone know how to remove the spring and disassemble it??

Came apart fairly easy.

Now it's blasted and painted and putting it together is FUN

I think you actually need to bolt it (loosely) to the car and then put tension on it to fit the front plate back on and lock it in place. A little tricky. I'll give it a shot tomorrow
