Ok, so i've got my home-made MIL Eliminators built and I'm going to try them this weekend. I'll be putting on my Magnaflow O/R X and catback at my buddies shop. It's about a 5 hour drive..

If my MIL eliminators don't work, will it be OK for me to drive my car the 5 hours back home with the Check Engine light on? Will I hurt anything? Will mileage suffer?

I drive mine everyday with the SES light on. Been that way for the last 25,000 miles. All due to the same mod.
