The backspacing is off by a large and noticable amount, around 1-2 inches.

I saw a 1996 V6 with '05 V6 wheels, and the offset is really crappy, you can fit a coke can in between the outside of the fender and the tire...

Physically they bolt up, they will look sucked in ever farther than the stockers do. I'd pass on putting a set on your car.
