Do all 86 3.8 mustangs have a 8.8 rear?

I just wanted to make sure that all 86 mustang's had a 8.8 rear.

All models used the 7.5inch rear axle, except those powered by the 5.0 engine. ( HO engine )

Even the 5.0 HO stangs had a 7.5" rear axle in the 1985 and earlier model years though.
