I have one but didn't buy it for 18hp. I have the Stage II Delta Chip to accomadate for a rear end swap, get rid or a check engine light, and get my air/fuel mix back on track. I have off-road x-pipe so the mix was horrible and gas mileage was suffering. I wouldn't buy a chip until you've modded your car pretty heavily though. Don't do it to "add" massive HP, do it to help your cars ECU recognize all your mods.
