Do BULLITT's Respond Better to Mods??

I would guess that they would react slightly better to induciton mods, due to the intake and freer flowing exaust. Meaning if you put a CAI, ported the heads and intake, and did some other work on it, but kept the stock exaust, you would have slightly better numbers. (the bullitt exaust is 20% better flowing then stock GT's). But then again, no one does all that work and leaves the stock exaust on their cars. However, if you are supercharging your motor, or spraying nitrous, the Bullitt intake is a better choice. It would blow up like the plastic ones, and it flows more air when supercharged then the stock GT intake. SO does the bullitt react better? yes, but it depends on whats done to the car.

p.s it also has subfame connecters, better tokico struts, cobra brakes, cobra seats, the guages, ring surround, pedals, and the other appearance things. The totall for this package was around $3200 more then a GT. It quite a bargin for the performance, handling, appearance, and rarity that the car has over a GT.

I would bet any mod on the intake side of a bullitt 4.6 would respond slightly better than a regular GT. Key word "slightly." Nobody mentioned the cobra twin 57mm throttle body.......just thought I would mention it. :D

Bullitts are hard to find, but it has been my experience that if you find them, they are comparably priced to standard Gts. Sooooooo if you have the choice why not?
