Do Explorer 8.8" 3.55 Gears work in Mustangs?

If I were to get ahold of stock Explorer 8.8" 3.55 gears, would they work in my 93's stock rear?

I am hoping so because I found some new ones off of a brand new stock axle and they are a lot cheaper than I can find elsewhere.

That is, unless anyone knows where I can get 3.55's for $125 or less?

Yep, they'll work just fine.

yes 8.8 gears are all the same except the reverse ones.
