I was wondering if i did, because I have poor brake and a/c pressure which makes me think vaccum pressure is down because of a cam, also I have the occasional problem with idle surge, and my power band seems to come on late, like around 2500~3500 somewhere in there.
Its always possible, but you might have a vacuum leak...in my stock 92 coupe, as soon as it hits 3 grand the car takes off, but unitl then it doenst pull to hard, I would say you probabaly dont have a cam, but you might. A vacuum leak will also cause irratic idle as well
is the idle lopey or smooth? if the cam is the cause of your vacuum issues it is because of the lsa. the quality of the idle will tell you right away if that is the case.
