Do I need a tune and if so from who?

I've got an 04 GT with a CAI, Bassani catted X-pipe and cat back. I know this isn't alot of mods but I think it is running a little rich. I know the factory tune is on the rich side but it seems to be more noticable now. So here are the questions. 1) would it be worth it to get e custom tune. 2) if so who in the Seattle area can do it.
