Do I need some sort of EGR spacer?

Hey all, in the process of putting together my longblock. I have a 70mm accufab TB to mate with my Performer rpm intake. I would like to completely ditch the egr system with my new stuff. Question is, can i mount the TB directly to the upper intake or will i need some sort of EGR delete plate to make it all work? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.

I may be wrong, but I think the only thing you need on the egr spacer is the mounting holes for the TB cable. You could probably just fab a spacer out of flat stock steel with the mounting tabs.

Do you have a plan for plugging the egr passages in the lower intake/heads.

What is the reason for getting rid of the EGR? There is no performance gain to be had at wot by ditching the egr, and a potential for timing issues at part throttle.

Some still pitch it claiming it looks cleaner, but I wish I still had my system in place.

Well, I long ago pitched the air pump when it went out. Just capped off the EGR in the back. I actually do have a question relation to that. I see that I do have the emissions legal heads. Will just a bolt or what not cap off those holes in the heads? Anyone have any info?
