Aftermarket C/C plates, or I should say good ones, don't require them because most go to a bearing type of setup and eliminate the use/need for bushings (then bearings are what replace them in the first place). Also, a good brand should include spacers to aid in strut height adjustment with regards to lowering.
Also, the strut bushings can be reused or a good c/c plate should come with new ones. If you have bilstein struts then the bumpstop is not needed because they have internal stops.
