I just bought an EFI setup from a 93 GT, and it came with the charcoal canister below. Anyone know if I need it to complete my EFI conversion on my 65 Fastback?
Thanks!
As I told you over at VMF....it is the charcoal canister that collects gasoline vapors from the tank and stores them until the computer opens the canister purge valve to suck them into the intake......you do not need it on a classic car.
Ron thank you for answering both of my post. I posted this question on multiple forums because I needed to get an answer quickly so that I could tell the seller whether or not to ship it. You guys rock!
Thanks.
