Do JBA Shorty Headers Fit The AFR Port Shape ?

I've got a new 342 crate engine which has AFR heads, to go into my '66 fastback. I'm thinking about installing JBA shorty headers for two reasons - less interference/heat problems with my Modern Driveline clutch cable; and if I go fuel injected in the future (it's currently carb) fitting the oxygen sensors would be easier.

I don't know whether the AFR exhaust port shape is the same as standard ford, hence my question.
