Do the BBK full lengths have EGR & O2 holes?

I am probbably going to buy some BBk full length headers real soon, but I was wondering if they have holes in them for the O2 sensors, and the EGR plumbing. I checked the BBK website, but they don't say much. Although, it DID say that the headers for 94-95 Mustangs were for off road use only...does that mean they do not have the necessary smog stuff?

I will be buying the catted h-pipe to go with them. Perhaps the O2 sensor holes are on that? From the pics on Summit and BBk's webiste, I can't see holes for either the O2's or the EGR.

Make sure you ask about the EGR when you order -- and tell them you dont want it unless it has it. I ordered mine about a year ago and it came without one. I ended up with customer service at BBK who argued with me that they didnt come with one -- even after I queried this forum (half said they received it half said they didnt) BBK finally sent me one that did have the bung.

Well...I was planning on ordering from Summit online. How can I be sure they send me the correct header? Should I order over the phone instead?

Also...something that just has me worried about this project...
Has anyone had the bolts that fasten the header flange to the cylinder head snap off when loosening them? I am worried that this might happen since I've never loosened them before, and my car is over 10 years old now.

Will do. So far, I have the tranny out, and the bellhousing just came off tonight. Here's a fun fact:
Ford's factory assemblers were TOO FROCKING LAZY to install the top 2 of the 6 bellhousing-to-engine bolts!!! It also seems that they thought putting grease on the clutch release lever ball joint was also "optional" that day. Lazy mofo'ing a-holes!! The squesking clutch release lever (which I had previous thought was a squeaking throwout bearing) was what prompted me to tear my car apart in the first place...(the BBK LT's are just a "well, since I'm already gonna have the car tore apart..." kind of addition to this project....as is the King Cobra Clutch that is going to be replacing the stock clutch.

Here was the thought process:
Hmmm...something is squeaking...sounds like the throwout bearing. Better check it out.
Hmmm...Since I have to have the bellhousing off to check the TO bearing, I may as well inspect the clutch too.
Hmmm...as long as I will have the clutch off, I may as well upgrade it.
Hmmm...as long long as I will be 90% of the way there, I may as well replace the rear main seal.
Hmmm...As long as I will have the h-pipe off, and they will be easy to get at, I may as well throw some longtubes in there.

By the end of this project I'll probably have a 393 stroker under the hood.

Anyways....anyone ever snap a header flange bolt in the cyl. head? That scares me more than anything right now...especially considering how hard those header-to-hpipe bolts came off.
