i am looking for some tires that have a smaller side wall. i currently have 245/40r17's up front and 275/40r17"s in the rear. i am gonna lower my car and i am trying to find a set of tires taht are 245 and 275 that are more low profile than what i currently have. does anything smaller exist? i have looked on a few web sites but i cant find anything

I have seen 18's with a 35 profile.

They will look kinds like rubber bands though. How low are you going? I run 235/45/17's on my car and it's pretty low

well im most likely lookiin at an 1" or 1 1/2". I am very pleased with the sizes i have now, im just worried about clearance. especially in the back.
