do you have to cut the rear bump stops on the pro kit

if so how much....did not say anything about it in the instuctions, but it does not look like that much clearance after the drop.

today, talked to Mark at Eibach


he recamends cutting about a 1/2 inch off stock bump stops in the rear (at least for my coupe)

or, order there shorter bumpstops (p# BS 45001617) (included with the lower Sportline kit)

I have a gt coupe w/ eibachs & (my right rear bump stop has about 1/2 inch cleareance) my dad has a gt vert, I just ordered Vert spec coils for him and the shorter stops

you dont technically "have to" but it is a good idea to either cut them or just order the shorter ones.

When I got mine for my 99 GT the shorter ones were included. I ordered mine for my 05 direct from Eibach, and although not included, they 'strongly' recomended getting them. Glad I did. I intend to DRIVE this new baby. It's short $$$. Get them!!
