do you need mass air bracket

i just bought a mass air conversion kit with ecu, meter, and the wiring but there no bracket the one that gos from meter to the fenderwell is it okay not to have it its not like a ground thing is it

I dont have one and havent for a while. I have a Mac CAI but the meter is just kind of hanging in the air. Some may say this sint smart, but I have had it like this for a long time with no issues!

Same for me, no bracket, no problem. Running the ProM unit
