Does a Programmer and a tune help with stock to lightly modded cars?

I waited until my factory warranty was up before I started playing with mods.

I have only done a few so far, full CAI and Exhaust, but am wondering how much a programmer and a good tune would benefit me?

I just found out there is a good tune shop near my house.

Also what is an average cost for a tune?

Ive seen SCT n/a tunes pickup 10~14 rwhp...
Plus the CAI is probally hurting you they are a waste n/a..

With the K@N CAI I use to have, a catted X pipe, and Catback, and basic Predator tune I dynoed 257/275. After 6 dyno runs and the Predator dialed in, I got 270/287. A 13HP @ 12 TQ gain. Gained another 3 HP @ 3 TQ with my C@L.
