Does anyone else have this problem?

Does anyone else have problems with your transmission popping out of second gear with a Pro 5.0 short throw shifter? It only does it when I downshift to second. When I start out in first and go through the gears I have no problem. But when I downshift and put it in second it pops out and grinds like crazy even when I hold back the shifter with firm pressure. The clutch is about to go out, I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not, but this is really starting to get annoying. I just put the shifter in Saturday and adjusted the stops according to the directions provided by Pro 5.0.

did it do this before you installed the Pro 5.0?
did you transfer the small plastic bushing from the factory shifter to the Pro 5.0?
(i had to with the Tri-Ax,not sure if it's the same for the Pro 5.0)

Went out last night and went to adjust it again, and when I pulled it back into 2nd.....it hit the stop. I guess when we put it in I didn't put enough pressure on the shifter.
