Does anyone have a Richmond 5 or 6 speed?

I can see a problem with the shifter and clearance with my stock console, but I see on Richmonds web site that long has a shifter handle that it says will work with the stock console. I will have to do some more checking on this. How is the trans working out, is it worth doing the conversion? How is the shifting effort? Thanks.
