so i ordered a 2sp fan controller from DC control on the 25th of last month and havent heard a word or seen a thing since. i've emailed his "support" email a couple times that he supplied on his website, but haven't even gotten a response yet. does anyone know a phone number or other way i can get in contact with him?

From what I understand, their lead time for getting a controller can be insanely long and drawn out. They basically have like one guy making the things. I believe Brian Baskin is the guy. He used to have an account on here and on Corral, but I'm not so sure any more. Wish I could be of more help. Good luck!

Do they even mention the waiting period for getting one of these things? Everywhere you go you see the same thing: people wondering WTF is going on.

Took me a long time to get mine, but probably not that long. They are worth waiting on though IMO...

nope, doesn't say anywhere on the site about a waiting period. the purchase is done through paypal and he only provides one email from which he has yet to check i assume. he hasn't responded to any of my emails at least...

The site used to have subtle red writing near the top of the fan-control page indicating that there is a waiting period.
