Does anyone know IHRA rules and classes?

I need someone who knows IHRA rules and classes to tell me what class my car would be in. I can provide my engine build specs and my plans for the car. I'd like to run in heads up, no brackets.

If no body knows, can somebody tell me where I can find out? The IHRA rule book is pointless without hiring a lawyer to figure it out.
