Does anyone still cover the cracked non-pi intakes?

Yes and No. If you're talking about your 98 then you are SOL because it only covers back 7 years from todays date.

No prob

The new manifolds only cost ~$200 depending on whether or not you pay someone to tap the 2nd coolant sensor hole.

I got an 02 intake with 40k on it...so I'm going to use that

Yeah thats the PI intake and needs to be tapped for the second sensor.


BTW I thought you were doing the complete PI swap?

i just tapped the hole and have the drill bit and tap i'll sell ya real cheap. just IM and i'll get back to ya

I'll probably get a local machine shop to tap it for me, thanks though...what information do they need to know? Where does the second hole need to be tapped and how big of a tap? etc?
