does scratch x work???

i want something that i can use to remove minor scratches from my car, not something to just hide them. is this what scratch x does? any other suggestions would be appreciated. with or without a buffer too??

Try Meguires swirl remover ( # 9 ) with foam pad

Then ( # 3 or #7 )

Then NXT Tech wax. Orbit Buffer for all.
