Does the Base TWEECER give real time feedback?

You need the RT model for datalog. The base model will allow you to modify all of the EEC parameters, but you cannot log them. Either buy the RT model, or take your car to a dyno shop with wideband and tune it with the base model (or a custom chip from the dyno operator) there.

BTW: Even with the RT model of the tweecer, you will have difficulty getting your air/fuel right without using a wideband O2 sensor because the stock sensors are basically rich/lean switches which will not provide much information outside of indicating whether you are above or below stoich.

I have a Tweecer RT myself and it works fine with my A9L computer. The nice thing about it is the USB interface so you don't have to keep pulling it out of the car to reprogram it.

not if your pc is a short distance from your car. I forget what the max. length for a usb cable is...can't remember. if you have a powered (plugs into the wall for power) usb hub, the distance you can go is probably further.

I think you need to provide power tg the tweecer from the car itself - I don't think you can program it just laying on your desk.
