So, was leaving the lady friends house, and her suburb, or whatever you wanna call it - just paved a new road out the back side, it makes a huge arc before it connects to a major road, so - i figured what the heck, no houses, i'll leave that way and go play, they had seriously finished paving that day, so - i figured everything would be fine. I took the whole road at a measly 60-65mph, and everything went fine til about 300 feet from the main road, where i met the new, as of yet unpainted speed bump, that was quite a jolt. put a nice tear in the front bumper, but fortunately didn't screw up the suspension, or bang anything under the car - so, all i need now is a new bumper and a change of pants.

Anyone know where to find a front bumper? I might be ricey and put an aftermarket one on, but I don't want anything too extreme, might as well be time for the new paint job too, i'm tired of red - time for a nice black.

And while I'm at it, anyone know where to find a replacement for the 3rd brakelight, or it's cover atleast?

mine is looking kind of... worn out.

Thanks fella's.

Worked, if I wasn't scared of the reprecussions for it, I'd kiss you.

I've already ordered the 05 conversion kit, I'd been wondering how long it'd take for one of those to surface.

I also found the 3rd brake light already, 80$ on ebay, not too shabby.

Indeed I did, I'll be sure to take lots of pics of the installation and the before and after, maybe it'll help you decide.
I loved the way the '05's look, but I just couldn't justify spending the money, the performance (in my opinion) isn't THAT much better, I'd rather have my '03 that I'm very satisfied with, and dump money into the engine/suspension then have an '05 and no extra money. Besides, several people around here have an '05, but, who has an '03 that LOOKS like an '05? huh? huh?

They have a conversion kit? How is that possible? Pics are need to help unscramble the confusion that has settled into my brain. Damn it, now on the plane that's all I'm gonna be thinking about is how an '03 would like like with plastic surgery to look like an '05. Sorry to hear that you bumper got fu**ed. Well, atleast think of it this way, it could have been worse.

What is up with the third brake light. Mine is all scratched on top like yours. I can't figure out how it got like that. Its not exposed, it's under the spoiler. Bah it bugs me. as the rest of my car is spotless, and yet the brake light is all messed up.

My friend wet sanded his third brake light on his GT, and it looks like new! Try it out before wasting money on another one.

Cool. Yeah, i'd rather keep my car and put a few dollars into it and still have it look great and run super strong, than go and buy a brand new car and have almost no money to put into it. Take some pics when you have a chance. If you like it and it looks good, then I might have to pick one up shortly. It's like 1k$ isn't it?

I was reading Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords on the plane today and I saw that kit. It looks interesting. I don't know if I could do that to my mustang. I would just get a classic stang. 2stangs > 1 stang
