DOHC Models

I was wondering what all model mustangs have the DOHC 4.6L.
I know the cobra the supercharged version and the Mach one has the n/a version, but what else has it and what does the Roush and the bullit have. Iknow the GT is SOHC so thats out. Im looking for one to buy so if anyone could help I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Only 96+ Cobras and Mach 1's, thats it.

expanding into other ford models, the Marauder has a 4.6 DOHC, as does the Lincoln LS V8 and the Lincoln MkVIII. The Navigator has (had) a 5.4 DOHC.

The Bullitt is just a worked over GT. New intake and suspension. If Roush is like Saleen, they make both.

The Lincoln LS has a 3.9L DOHC...from the jaguar line.

the lincoln continental also has the 4.6 DOHC ford engine (although FWD)

the roush and saleen (unless its a saleen cobra) have the 2 valve. other then that the 96+ cobras and 03/04 machs have 4 valve

note that the 4.6 block in the lincoln continentals is not the same as a RWD block and cannot be used in a RWD application, that i know of yet.

someone told me the new LS had the same basic engine as the Mach1, it appears they were mistaken or I read it wrong. What all has the 5.4 DOHC besides the Navigator and the new GT? I believe the Navi is getting a 5.4 3v for '05 though.

the 00 cobra R has a 4v 5.4L. i believe that the Lincoln LS v8 is loosely based on the 4.6 motor. just smaller. it is a jaguar motor, but since jaguar is ford, they have access to Fords powertrain components.
