You have to be kidding me. Its his right to come on here and tell about a bad experience he had as a consumer. Just like its the person right to leave positive or negative feedback on EBAY. So i guess everyone who leaves neg feedback on Ebay is blabbing and trying to slander? Souns like you tried to score brownie points with this place looking like the good guy being a tattle tail. And i guess we should all sugarcoat our experiences in the reviews section as well right??? Please, blow smoke up peoples a$$ somewhere else.

Yeah, he can say whatever he wants about his experience. I would too.

And the whole emailing them/rat out thing is just gross.
Maybe you need to go give them a big ole hug!

newbie. We live in a capitalist society. He has the right to truthfully describe his business experience if he chooses too

Interesting thread to say the least. Sounds like both parties end up losing in the long run since the OP has to pay extra to get what is needed for it to be right, and the business has potentially lost a few customers over it.
