hey UPRmike are you the spokes person for UPR? if so i am very interested in the whole front end kit you guys offer. i drive the car on the street ever once in a while. more of a show car than anything, but i want to go to the track alot next year, thats why i have another post about a 351 block i should buy. time to step up in the handling and horsepower department. don't want a dedicated drag car, but don't want the harsh bumpy ride either. something in middle would be nice. let me know. thanks
Great information UPR mike! I too am trying to understand my options.
One thing I'm still unclear on is how ride height fits into the equation with a coilover setup such as you've described.
I like UPR products but sorry to say they are not well liked on another site where the mention of the word gets you flamed......can't go wrong with team z or maximum from what I have read
I have the Granatelli. I have never drove with it on, sits in my 90 model and is getting transfered to my 88 soon. It moves the wheels forward about an inch, and you have the option of moving the engine back over an inch, or keep it in the stock location. I tried to install the rack, holes arn't quite right and takes a little fenageling, but nothing too serious.
If I were to do it again, I would go UPR or Team Z. On a DD or handling car I would go with Maximum Motorsports.
