door handles and window motors

How hard is it to replace this stuff. I want to replace my drivers side window motor and bolth door handles. I was just wondering if there is anything I should know before undergoing this project. I have been working on the performance parts and let the little stuff slide.

+1 I have to tackle these too. I'm thinking of going to manual windows and metal door locks...
