door panels/speaker delete

Im thinking about deleting my door speakers, im not sure what to do with hole left behind. Im sure someone has done this, and i know I will have to get the door panels re-done, im just looking for ideas, so If you have done this post up some pics!

Ask Shaolin Crane. I want to say he did do this with custom door panels. If he didnt eliminate them, he could at least provide some insight as to making them.
