Hi guys....... and gals,( lets not be gender specific when it comes to cars) recently acquired a new import here which is fairly original 68 coupe as far as I can tell. Whilst I have had a all sorts of modified cars I have not been involved with Mustangs. Seems from Vin and number plates it was a California car and is still wearing its original sunburnt paint. The 289 engine numbers last digits match the vin, so assume its also original. Still researching a bit and have found a stamped metal plate in the glovebox with the owners name and vin etc on it. What is this? Looking forward to playing with this car and the "ride" along the way. Cheers Ian
