Dr. Gas O/R: Cop trouble???

Anyone running an O/R X (Dr. Gas) get pulled over and have their exhaust checked for cats?

I want to order the Dr. Gas but don't want to get busted for not having the cats.

I live in Arizona.

Here we can run open headers and get away with it for the most part. I'd say best bet would to be check with peeps from your area.

I'm not up on Az law's for sound ordinance's but I live in IL in the Chicago burbs I've ridden past cops next to em in front of em they have never said a word about my exhaust. I do have stock catback btw so it's not as loud as people with different mufflers.

It's pretty quite till you get on it I would say you wouldn't have a problem.

i think you'll have more a sound problem than a cat problem, usually (atleast here, with the strictest smog) they dont go around checking for cats..

I've had my exhaust set up for around two years and 40000miles and haven't been pulled over yet. And from what I have heard the Dr.gas O/R X-pipe and the prostreet series mufflers is one of the louder combos out there.
