If you can't communicate with the computer to check for codes anything you do will be going nowhere, stop here, put back as much stock components as possible, intake and cam at the very least, you can try to remove the chip and see if the computer will 'talk ', if it does the list of codes will be long but I'm doubtful it will communicate. I had a driveability problems from poor parts choices and I went back to stock and started over.
