Drivers side manifold/mid pipe leak... stud kit question.

Ive had that common exhaust leak on the drivers side where the manifold meets the aftermarket mid pipe.

Ive tightened the bolts to the point they nearly stripped, still there. I hear the only fix is to take out the factory studs with stop it from being fully tightened and swapping in a different stud kit.

Who carries these parts, and how hard/whats involved to fix?

Ive taken studs out before but I KNOW these SOB's will be heat welded/rusted on. Any tricks/tips/advice, what tools are needed?
