Founding Member Sep 1, 1998 408 3 58 NE Ohio Jan 30, 2010 #4 Jan 30, 2010 #4 V blocks and an indicator, test rod and accurate level, best to take it to a machine shop and have it checked, other than that and your I would at least take a couple of pieces of wood with a V cut in them to set the shaft in and turn to see if it has a hump.

At worst it will need a rebalance and some new joints. The balance cost about $35 at a driveshaft shop. If it's a good price, it's a worthwhile gamble.
