dum question but im not shure lifter valley

is there a a gasket that goes between the lifter valley and the intake .is this why my car isnt running right because i never got them if there are gaskets that go there .

what do you mean lifter valley....like the old mopar motors? All you should have would be a gasket at the front and rear (can use silicone instead) and the gasket that goes from the intake to the heads.....that's it.........hotwheels of turborides......

yeah see i didnt get a front and rear for the intake just the two sides and oil was leaking out .would this xcause unmetered air into my car making it run funny

If you didn't lay down at least a 1/4" bead of silicone sealer at the front and the back of the block you most definetly will have a problem.

yeah i didnt and couldnt figure out y it was pissin oil out the bck then i thought abought it ..like i asked though would it cause ummetered air to enter my engine and run messed up

I think it would give you a vaccuum leak.

bad vacuum leak which would case horrible idle and oil would piss everywhere all over the motor. you can get the cork ones or just use the silicone as said before, just make sure u get enough on there to seal it. It also helps if u put it on real good, then let it sit for a couple mins to thicken up so it doesnt all squish out when u put the lower on.
