Dumb TOB question

I searched, but found nothing. I am in the process of installing my TOB and new clutch. How does the TOB go on the fork? I realize the bearing end faces the front of the car. I am interested in the raised portion on the mating surface where the TOB is inserted into the frok. On the TOB there is a raised part. It appears to be some sort of stopper so the TOB can only rotate so far. Does it matter where it goes when installing the TOB into the fork, or does it seat itself where it needs to be?

It doesnt matter. The nub just keeps the TOB from spinning in the fork.

correct, looking at the pic you posted, the thin edge goes in the fork, and the part farthest from the pic, engages w/ the PP

anyway you do it is ok
