First lets go over the car I guess, 92 Notch 5.0 w/ Vortech S-trim 8-9lb, MAC CAI, GT-40 Upper/lower, TB, MAF, 30# injectors, headers, full exhaust, MSD Ignition w/ Boost Retard, i think that covers the mods that are at all dyno related.

So I wanted to get my car dyno'd today. I went to the nearest shop w/ dyno, Autotek, took an hour trying to get their dyno to work and then they found a part was fried so... no go on the dyno there. Went to another shop MZM Internation who has an AWD Mustang Dyno, got it all hooked up and....
WHAT!? Peak HP was 175.4 RWHP@4000 rpm! 230.2RWTQ@4000 rpm.
same results on a few pulls

so yes, mustang dyno's are supposed to be a little lower but this one had me puzzled. My car that had already beaten a 400HP V8 supercharged jag, and a 2004 shiny WRX STI puts down 175?!

next thought, DYNOJET!
get in the car cruise to closest dynojet dyno however this time we use the Air Fuel Ratio sensor as well.
strap in, 226.1RWHP@4000RPM, 296RWTQ@4000
yes these are PEAKS, after 4000 it was losing power but still pulling

they A/F ratio showed that my car was running EXTREMELY rich, off the charts rich, so thats the 1st thing that needs attention.
I do have boost guage and fuel pressure guage, boost and fuel pressure all checked out during the pulls.

thoughts, comments, input, things to consider are all encouraged,

Thanks for the read and/or responses
-Brian

How are you controling the fuel? Is it just the injectors, or do you have an FMU?
Very strange results.
Need attention quick. My Ranger puts out those number.
Anyway, how do your plugs look?
And what heads are you running? I'm guessing stock.

Most guys say running bigger injectors work better vs an FMU w/ the stockers.

You didn't mention what type of fuel pump you have? 190? 255? or stock pump w/ an inline unit? How many #'s of fuel pressure? I"m also somewhat curious about what the plugs look like. Where were they gapped at? Those #'s seem really low.

Something is wrong. Your numbers should be closer to double that. I hope you get it fixed.

lol, yes I am aware something is wrong

I'm not sure if it has a FMU, I dont think it does.

As for the pumps, the internal and external have been upgraded. (255)

as for the plugs, no chance to take a look yet, currently rebuilding the tranny in my living room

yes stock heads/cam

If the car is off the chart rich(10.0:1) then most likely you are losing about 50-70rwhp. Getting it to a 12.0:1 would put you back around 300rwhp, which would be about right for your car. Most likely you need to swap the FMU disc and possibly adjust the base fuel pressure. Did the guys at the Dyno place not tell you this? They should of had all the stuff there to dial your car right in!?! My car was off the chart rich past 4000rpms, I swapped the FMU disc on the dyno and picked up over 50rwhp.

I beleive it was actually lower than 10, the lowest the chart goes is 10, and it went past that, then at 4.5x1000 rpm (when he let off the gas) it came back onto the chart at a steep angle.

Then you know it has way way too much fuel.
Who setup the fuel system? How is it setup?
I'm sure this is where your problem is.
What kind of MAF, and what size injectors is it calibrated for?
If it is Pro-M, it should have the calibration written on it.
