you can still buy 42#s and when you go to this size there is a lot more tuning involved due to the amount of fuel being dumped in per cycle.I would say if you run this size injector you will be pulling about 38% of duty cycle out for idle and cold starts.

You will still need to do one of two things no matter what size injector,if you run either size injector the tuning proccess is either analog IE:fmu calibration disk and adjusting your afpr or digital IE: chip at which you don't adj your timing manualy you set it at 10*base and the chip controls the fuel and timing curves.

I don't have a afpr or aftermarket fuel lines or rails.I can tell ya that you ran lean because you disconnected the inline fuel pump and your injector ran dry.I would invest in another fpr and set the idle pressure at 40psi with vacum connected and reconnect the inline and go from there.

Alright. That's probably what I'll do cause it's free pretty much. But I don't know if a new afpr will make a huge differerence. I got another bbk free when the first on broke...but maybe I'll buy a good one.

I'm kicking myself for watching the boost gauge instead of the fuel pressure gauge.I knew the boost wouldnt go up cause obviously the new combo gobbles up the boost. I just havn't seen full boost in 4th gear in my car. Too hard to look down at that speed and get a good reading.

BTW Blown 93 feature, how do you adjust your fuel pressure ? Just with the fmu or what ?

The stock fpr holds it at 42 or so at idle and is a 1:1 ratio for fuel pressure until there is enough boost pressure to kick the fmu in and then it takes over.

Sleepy-

Nice numbers.

Where'd you go, MC Racing?

One of these days when I'm in Lawrence I gotta look you up. I'm still trying to decide between a P1SC and an S-Trim. I've never seen an ATI on a 95 up close.

Cool man. I'm usually on here( except the last couple days due to computer viruses) cause it keeps me out of the bars...which is hard in this town.

Oh, and yeah MC Racing is where I went. They are ProCharger distributors so they know how to work with those systems. I want to go up there again soon and bring it up to at least 6000rpm, cause I think I have my fuel issues sorted. My hp was still climbing at 5700 (which is where the mechanic cut it off due to running lean) and I want to see how much more there is in it.

And Greg(Greg@Berkeley), 400hp is especially fun with 215/60/16s on l waffle style stock wheels. I'm still waiting on my 10.5 inch rims...
