Dyno #'s with mid pipes

I've been scouring the internet looking for info on mid pipes for my 98' GT and can't find a heck of alot. I was trying to find dyno tests on them from like MM&FF or something. Anyone have any links to something? Any info would be greatly appreciated!! I just want to see what kind of gains they make [X, H or prochamber] and what torque losses if any.

I seem to remember a few months ago,a test with an SLP x-pipe and catback. That was worth about 15 rwhp.(fully stock catted and stock cat-back to off road pipe and cat back). I think that was on a 97 or 98 as well. Since you have the headswap, the pipe should be a nice 5-10 rwhp gain.
