Did Steve take my money and run, or did he do the best he could with what he had to work with?!?! That is my question to you. I go back tomorrow because i have an idle surge that happens occasionally which causes me to have to start the car like 7-8 times and slam it in gear to get it to run. Something he should have tuned out the first time.
