I got a new e-brake boot for my console... but the E brake is REALLY close to the left side of the center console, and will tear it up again. I tried adjusting it today and there is absolutely no room to move it around. Is it just bent up from the 10 years of being pulled up and needs to be replaced or is there something I can do to take care of the problem?
