e brake light problems

when i give my car full throttle then let off the brake light comes on and i give it gas again then it goes off the light also comes on when i push the brake i have checked the brake fluid and its fine any help would be greatly appreciated cuz man its annoying...

Most likely it's the fluid sensor in the reseviour. Mine does this as well during HARD braking. The fluid sloshing around can cause it to rise and dip setting off the light.

So the fluid level has been visually inspected and it is ok? Its low or, like Mike said, its sloshing around... Check the low fluid sensor plug connecter and the low fluid sensor wiring also, just in case.

When the res. is all the way full there should not be enough "sloshing" as described to trip the sensor.

More than likely you're getting the light because your pads are getting worn which means your pistons have extended causing your fluid level to drop. You can either add more fluid and the light will go away, or you can change your pads and add fluid afterwards.
