I know that I don't know you but I have been directed to do this, as you may be filled with reservation, curiosity, skepticism, asking why I have decided to offer this to you.I am Jim 57 years old merchant based here in the UK, I have Been diagnosed with kidney Cancer a Disease that has defiled all forms of medical Treatment, destroying my heart and kidney.
