E303 cam question...

Will an E303 cam work with Speed Density?I was told that it made enough vaccuum to work well with SD,but wanted more input.Thanks.

My friend just installed an E cam in his 87 sd car. Told him to wait, but he put it in anyway. The car doesn't run good at all. Runs very rich (black smoke) at idle and driving speeds. Don't do it till you convert to mass air. 13 inches of vac at idle.
