E6SE Heads

Hey. Is it worth getting my E6SE's reworked or should I get a pair of E7's? My 302 roller block was bored .030+,my pistons have valve reliefs and i'll be using a e-303 or f-303 cam. Thanks

I am not sure about those numbers but flow wise would it not be better get a pair of iron GT 40's rather than the E7's??

If you're trying to make horsepower than the E6 is a poor choice. Ford only put them on the 5.0 for one year and it's because they run out of steam long before the E7 does. Also without major work the E6 is only good to a .500" lift.

What did GT-40 heads come on? I can get a set of e7's for $100 a head, used. Thanks
