Well we did the first iteration of tuning on my car. Had to stop the pull at 5700 rpm because my fuel rail pressure was not sufficient to feed the 60s and the car started to go lean. Made 12.5psi at 5700, ambient temps were 68 degrees and the maximum IAT recorded by the computer was 83 degrees.

When I get bigger fuel rails and an adjustable regulator I will take it back so we can finish the pull and rev to 6800 or 7000.

So if you're not able to do a full pull on it, how exactly do you know the intercooler is doing its job?

Your maxing the fuel rails at 12.5psi? Aren't they good to 600?

Because with 13lbs of boost going through it, the temperature only rose 15 degrees. Before when I was nonintercooled and only 8 psi the IAT's were over 150 degrees

Its not that I am maxing out the rails, the fuel pressure was too low to feed the 60s and on my car the fuel pressure regulator is welded on to the rail so to put an adjustable regulator on there I would need 96-97 rails or aftermarket ones.

I have a V-2 SQ-trim with a Reichard Racing 2.8 ultragrip pulley. The intercooler is probably costing me about 3lbs of boost so the blower is probably making 15lbs.
