Ebrake handle is loose

i took my car to ford to get some work done and while it was there they took care of a ebrake recall. well when i got home i went to pull it up and noticed the handle moves side to side. called up ford and he said it does that, but shouldnt b that bad. told me to bring it back and theyd fix it. i would bring it back up, but if its something i can tighten up myself id rather do that. so can anyone tell what to look for, tighten?

Mines the same after the recall I worked at ford years ago when the recall first came out all they change is this little bracket like peice that allows the ebrake handle to come up further. There's probably more to it than just that I don't remember anything specific (sp?) on what it actually help to do.
